I carry painting into skin and canvas.
My name is Dmytro Renso. I was born in Ukraine and came into visual work through painting, studying it professionally and creating hand-painted copies of artworks for galleries before I began my path in tattooing.
Tattooing became the place where my experience with composition, color, atmosphere, and detail could move onto the body. Over time, my work received awards at conventions in Poland, Germany, and Belgium, and today I work mainly between Belgium and Germany.
Alongside tattooing, I continue to develop my art practice. I am interested in images that hold deeper ideas: personal symbols, memory, transformation, beauty, darkness, and the quiet tension between something delicate and something permanent.
